6[7[90. —(1) Subject to the Constitutio n, the executive authority of the Federation shall be exercised in the name of the President by the Federal 1 Subs. by P.O. 20 of 1985 Art. 3 for certain words. 2 Subs. by the Constitution (Eighteenth Amdt.)
